My husband threatens me to sign the documents for mutual divorce without giving me the alimony when i resisted he said he can take divorce on the ground that we are having no physical relation for the last one year which is not true what can i do now?

even if he files a petition for divorce, it would be next to impossible to get divorce solely on this ground that there is no physical relation since a year. the annulment is granted on the ground of non consummation of marriage owing to impotency of one of the spouse and not due to not having physical relations due to any other reason.
no physical relation is no ground under the law for divorce.
