Legal Question in Family Law in India

my husband has thrown me out of his house . Since beginning it self he and his family had been demanding .we had fulfilled most of his demands . but now my mom nd dad had stopped and said a clear no to him as he demanded a 200 sq ft floor and money to establish his business as he was facing loses .he beats even in his frustation . i have already filed for domestic voilence case . with in 15 days it self now my husband has filed for divorce petition how ever i dont wanna leave him easily now .i'm from a higher in come class family .even my husband is quite well off .but now i wanna teach him .he has spoiled my life he only wants money from me ..pls tell me the correct path

1. pursue 498A complaint vigorously;

2. Institute a maintenance claim.

3. File a complaint in CAW cell.

4. Consult a local counsel for all the above & defend the Divorce case.
