Legal Question in Family Law in India

Husband and wife both are compromised and signed MOU. Wife lawyer ready to withdraw DVC Case.

During withdraw DVC case Husband lawyer any necessary? Becuase husband lawyer is not left the phone and not in town past two week.

Please clarify Husband lawyer any necessary during with draw the case(judge will ask to lawyer?)

Husband Lawyer is must but if you had paid his fee then you may ask the court about he same and if court satisfy then may be court can provide divorce to both of you, but better to contact the lawyer or his assistance but at last you can directly request the court.
