Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am husband , my Wife filed fake DV case ( not 498A ) u/s 18,19,20,22 and CRPC-125 just after 10 months of marriage. Now since from last 1.5 years i am fighting this case.

She has also included my parents who are 70+ and un-married sister to put pressure.

I am right now abroad from Indian IT Company and never appear before court sine from last 1.5 years. My lawyer represent me on my behalf.

After 1.5 years court will decide maintenance.

what if i don't want to give maintenance ( Please note : all this drama and cases are only to get money from me since i m IT professional and my wife,in-laws have my Indian bank statement . If they start getting maintenance , they will never compromise and enjoy "Muft ka pisa")

Out of court settelement is not possible and wife denied for one time settlement and divorce.

I want divorce with one time settlement OR don't want to pay maintenance but my wife is not ready for divorce .

Question and my thinking

--------------------------------------------

I will never accept the summons/order to pay maintenance as i m abroad ( as per my knowledge court has to issue summons for interiem maintenance order )

But my wife know my IT company name , Can court issue summons to my company ?

What is the worst situation i have to face ? and what are other way to avoid maintenance ?

DV case details :

My DV case is not serious , in DV case she has claimed that i went abroad and deserted her but actually i have kept her VISA and passport rady before i left india but this greedy girl ask for money which i denied and she filed DV case against my parent , sister and me when i was abroad. even today i am abroad and never appear before the court.

Now as per law either i have to bring her back with me or i have to give maintenance.

But i don't want to give her maintenance.

Please , Please help me and give me some ray of hope / ideas to avoid maintenance.

If i don't get divorce that is OK but i don't want to pay her single rupee. except one time settlement.

The worst situation could possibly be a jail term for you. It may be better if you voluntarily start making payment of maintenance amount to avoid serious complication in future.
