I am husband , my wife has filed false domestic violence case

till today This case was under General Domestic violence case

In case my wife submitted fake documents and i file complaint about this with proof in court.

now this case is under Private case.

My Q are :

Is this because i filed complaint and judge found this case weak/fake ?

Is it in my favour ?

What is Private case ?

why category changed ?

private complaint and domestic violence case are one and the same thing.
