husband and wife have filed for mutual consent divorce my qus is can any of them can withdraw and if it is what is the action in law.

dear client if any of partner want to withdraw mutual divorce petition then he can withdraw it. after that if other party want divorce then he have to file contested divorce. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
