Husband and wife both hindu married according to Hindu ceremony in India,The marriage is till date unregistered.

If the husband deserts the wife then what all charges can be filed against him.

desertion is not a criminal offence. it is a ground to seek divorce. are there any other facts that you would like to elaborate?
