If husband and wife are leaving seperately for few years at what time can any one of them apply for divorce.

at any time after a seperation period of minimum one year. Since it had been four years, either of H or W may apply for divorce

as per law, divorce can be filed after one year of marriage and now you both can go for divorce by mutual consent instead of wasting any more time.

You can file for divorce anytime but needs to have some ground for going so.
