Legal Question in Family Law in India

Husband and wife are separated from two years. Husband bought some property on wifes name when they were together{before separation}. Can husband claim that property which he bought on wifes name.

yes, he will have to file a civil suit for declaration under specific relief act read with sec 4 of benami transaction (prohibition) act 1985. I think you had put this question before in a different form
