Legal Question in Family Law in India

We both husband and wife are staying separately more than 2 year. right now my wife is in london for completing her mba. She doesn't want to give me divorce or ready to stay with me. there is no gurantee for her return coming. I m not sure whether she has done marriage there or not. she gone to london without my approval or knowledge. Actually i want legal divorce. What should i do?

your only remedy is to file for divorce on the grounds of cruelty and desertion. But for grounds of desertion one needs to show that he made efforts to bring wife back to the matrimonial home.

File a petition For Divorce on the ground of cruelty and desertion against the wife .
