My husband is working abroad , even after 11 years of my mairaige he just does mental torture whenever he comes to India and when he is abroad he calls me and just tortutures me to heel, he abuses my family members , my childrens , this all because he wants me to work, he has even taken 5 lacks Rs against me to spare working .apart from dowry that he took in mairaige . Now even after taking money he continued torture, last I came to know that he liked some girl before mairaige and he had relations. Althpugh that girl already married someone else, he abuses me by comparing with her. Kindly guide what should I do, I am having two childrens from him.

simply lodge a complaint at local police station u/s 498-a for CRUELTY AND DOWERY DEMAND
You have the option to consider filing for divorce on the ground of cruelty and claim maintenance for yourself and your children; you may also claim custody of the children. In these proceedings, an application under D.V.A. may also be filed simultaneously.
