Legal Question in Family Law in India
Me and my husband were working in software.My husband lost his job in recession. So one year back he went to saud arabia in search of a job and promised me that he will take me and my daughter to saudi with in 3 months. After going to saudi he started commanding me to leave my job and goto my inlaws place. I told him that if he gets a suitable job there then I am ready to leave my job here. Because of this he is not speaking to me since 11 months. He says that he will not tell us where he is and what he is doing. He has changed his mobile number also.Me and my father tried speaking to my inlaws. they are saying that my husband will not come to India for 20 more years. If I leave my job and go to my inlaws with my daughter then my husband will call me and speak to me andthen I have to wait for my husband to call me and take me to saudi how ever long it takes. I am ready to leave my job but the problem is , Neither is my father in law earning. I am not sure if my husband got a job there in saudi. In this scenario If I leave my job then How will we survive. I have a daughter 2 years old. I dont want to leave my husband neither do i want to trouble my daughters future. Please advice me how can I proceed legally to bring my husband back to India . And how can I proceed legally to make my husband understand of what wrong he is doing.. I am badly in need of help.. Please save mine and my daughters Future..

you do not leave the job but take some holidays...say for a month and see whether the situation changes at in laws place or your husband start the process of calling you both to saudi. you may do it on trial basis and if the situation improves, you may leave your job for good but if the commitment made by your husband is not honoured, you may go back to your job.
