My husbands hurts me by words and hits me often. Drinks, smokes and uses bad languages.Run's away from home if i quest him..does not go to work properly.makes sure tht he fools me everytime. my husband had an affair before marriage which caused problem even after marriage. he has not changed a bit. i have a boy baby whose 1+yrs old. I don't want to live a life this. wht should i do. I want my son to be with me. None of his family members are accepting tht their son is wrong. He has hit me while i was pregnant and after the baby was born. My ear drum has torne...wht do i do??pls help me.

You can lodge a complaint with the local police for the brutal acts he is doing. You can claim maintenance, divorce and custody of your child.

you can file for divorce on grounds of cruelty and claim maintainecen for your son if you are not employed can claim maintainece for yourself also

You have not mentioned the place where (a) the marriage was ceremonised; and (b) you are living after marriage.
Presuming that you are a Hindu and living in India, my opinion is as under :
(a) you can file a case under Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and claim protection of a Protection Officer. You just need to make an application to the authorities, without even engaging a lawyer for this purpose.
(b) you can also lodge a complaint with local police for the acts of violence he committed.
(c) you can claim maintenance, divorce and custody of your child.

No body can help you since you yourself not inclined to help yourself.Leave him immedieatly if whatever you have written is true. He is bound to maintain you and the kid.

though i never advice anybody in matrimonial relations to go to court but if really he is so abusive then you may go to court
before that try pressure from society or your parents
make sure that he is a bad father
you see no future with him
only then move to court
