Legal Question in Family Law in India

i want my husband's selery slip to claim maintanence. as we are sepereted and case is pending in court. but what when he is cmpletely denying that he is not working anymore. and we already submited his company visiting card as his work proof.

Write an application, contact his employer personally and explain the situation.

or can File an RTI (It depends upon the nature of work)
