Legal Question in Family Law in India

my husbands first wife left him around year 2000. we got married in 2002 and have 2 children . the first wife is not in touch at all. he has one child with the first wife. We want to legalise our marriage . what shoul be the correct and fast procedure?

divorce form first wife and marriage with you but it can be shortened and fastened depends upon your councel.
