my husbnd & family got stay from H.C.against saction 498a/323/307. The case is now in mediation.
Stay is valled for how many days. what we can do against stay.if i don't want mediation what i should do. is it necessary to face the mediation.?
1-what's the processor of mediation.
2-will i be forced to compromise imotionally
3- only husband wiil be there or all the criminals
4-will the lawers of both sides be allow there
5-they can try to harm me physically or mentally what i should do
6-can i get my child of 2 years there without compromise

without perusing the order the period of stay can't be known. it is advisable to attend mediation.
1)the mediator will try to convince both the parties.

3)what do you mean by all criminals? Mediation will be between you and husband and the mediator will try to settle the dispute and if not able to settle will sent the report to the court.

unless you reproduce the order of the high court, it cannot be ascertained as to for how long the order is valid. regarding your other queries, mediation is not binding upon the parties and any of the parties can opt out. there is no compulsion of taking your child there.
