i hv been married for 4 yrs and hav 3 yrs old daughter my husband has desserted me and my daughter since 2 yrs i filed RCR&SEC24 wherein a maintainanceof 15K has been granted by the court in may 2009 .my husband didn't pay even a single penny but left the job and ran out of the country with the help of his parents.i filled a complaint in CAW cell where in only my in laws came &replied that i and my daughter never resided with them right after the marriage.they hv disowned their son and does not no about his whereabouts. my husband didnot appeared in caw cell .i hv all the necessary proofs of my as well as my daughter's residence in the matrimonial home like passport, bankpassbook all my articles are still under the custody of my husband and in laws.FIR has also been loaged in local police station u/s 498A,406,34in dec2009.they did not applied for the anticipatory bail but applied to issue a notice to them & the court has issued a 3 days notice.they did not returned my stridhan .now my inlaws are trying their level best to delay the investigation.they transfered the case from local police investigation to distict investigating unit within a month.now my question is---
if they again transfers the case to some other place,so that to delay the investigation making it more complicated what can i do?Where can the case get transfer from DUI ?
they hv also bribed some higher police officer.should i also write to theDCP or contact NCW?can the FIR be cancelled?
they are trying to save them by saying that they have broken all relationship from their son and i m harrasshing them but i hav the proof of the e-mail exchanged between my husband and my father in law to prove that they are in collission with each other and harassing me to deprive of my rights and also to save themselves.can the e-mails are considered to be the proof?should i give them to the police or show it in the court in future ?
how long it will take to make my in laws arrest?what should i do to get my stridhan back?pls help
