Legal Question in Family Law in India

I hv been married for 14yrs and my marriage is not happy.My husband is abusive in nature.He has a very rough language and a has a tendency of shouting for even small reasons.The house we stay in is on both of our names but he always tells me to leave the house as he is the earning member.we have a 13yr old daughter.He never sleeps next to me since our mariage and is least interested in personal relationship.If we argue about anything he shouts out loud and even pushes me or tries to hurt me. What can i do?

as you have a daughter who is growing, it is better to have patience and try to change the attitude of husband with your love and brains. any litigation at this age, would hamper the growth of your daughter.
