iam aelder son of my family my father is karta of my family we have about 95 acres agriculture land i has manage the land and produce sale my name, father'name&mother'name.my younger brother file a case against me for his share my father&mother can not help me what i do?

since it is an HUF, your brother has his right to ask for his share.
