Iam chaithanya.my dad has two wives.he has earned so much of propery.my mom is second wife.i have any rights on my dads property.

in case your dad married your mom during subsistence of his first marriage, the marriage to your mom is null and void, in case you are a Hindu. but you can claim share in self acquired property of your dad and not the ancestral or joint family property.

yes you can claim your right but if your dad is you biological father and he is no more.

but if he is alive then you can claim only ancestrol property.
