Legal Question in Family Law in India

iam trying to contact my wife and talk to her after she filed a divorce . but she is not picking my call nither responding to my mails. can i complain that she s not responding to me .once she responded saying not to disturb her. is it possible for me to make her talk to me by any legal method ?

you can ask the court to sent the matter for marriage counselling or to lok adalat wherein you can talk to her and sort out the dispute amicably

in case she has filed a petition for divorce, it is advisable to not to talk to her in case she does not want to talk to you. you may request the court for sending your case to mediation centre.
