iam only one daughter to my mom.my mother is second wive. my step mother has one son and one daughter.my dad has earned so much of money.i have any rights on my dad properties

in case your dad married your mom during subsistence of his first marriage, the marriage to your mom is null and void, in case you are a Hindu. but you can claim share in self acquired property of your dad and not the ancestral or joint family property.
