iam kalpana,30, MBA. Iam in love with a guy of same age for past 5+ yrs.We shared everythg between us and now he is rejecting to marry me, giving all such reasons like horoscope mismatch, his mummy not accepting, family problems, etc., Kindly advice me how to proceed this. I have his SMS as proof but he strongly refuses that he didnt have any physical relationship with me. But we had physical relationship from 2007. Kindly advice me to take a legal action against him. He utilized me and my money and now refusing me. Pls advice.

You can file a Rape case against him by complaining to the police that your Boy Friend promised you to marry and now he is backing out . It is good enough to teach a lesson to him. Madam, You can file a criminal complaint under section 376 (rape) as he deceived you stating that he will marry you and hence you can file a case of cheating and deceit and committing the offence of rape but you cannot compel anyone to marry you hence if he is not interested it is better to stay apart.
