iam married since 3 yrs.i have 16 months old daughter.i was harrased by my husband.still he dint came to see my child.i(my father) put a case on him under section 498a in patancheru.now he is under section 498a.does he have a right to appeal for divorce in another district court(ongole)so could you please suggest me for this situation.

Yes he can file for divorce, and you have an option to get the case transferred to the court of your city from the High Court, if he filed the case.
