Legal Question in Family Law in India
Iam seperated from my husband since December 2012. I was in gulf with him. he send me back to my home with my son of 8 year old. He gave only a sum of Rs.30000 for my sons school admission over here . After that he did not send any single rupee for me or for my son.My parents are well off so nw i and my son under there mercy. But now i have many job opportunities which is very far from my place. I want to take that opportunity and want to go out of my house and earn and live with my son.Iam not going to inform my hus related to this. i want to knw what are all the legal things which i have to face if he goes legally towards my shifting from my home to my job place.
