iam 19 yr old....and doing bds couser as per my parents were satying in separation..i stay with my mother ..i want to kwn that how can i put case or fileout case for my maintaniens of my study from my parents...that they should take half half paying responsibility of my college or education fess...can u plzz help on this problem

Yes you could ask your father to pay some part towards your educations and expenses for other needs by invoking provisions of the Domestic Violence act.
