iam 21 yrs old . i got married..my husband deserted me . i am planning to put 498 case against him. he has also beten me several times.his parents have also harassed me for dowry
what r the cases he can put against me and my parents .

normally husband would file section 9 for restitution of conjugal rights against you for bringing you back. that is husband's defensive step. 498A, 406 and Domestic Violence are your prerogative.
