illegimate son of my father registered a pcr in court now police asked me to produce my fathers property documents and will and also family tree but all the documents and will is with my fathers illegimate sons, My father passed away 2 years back Iam the son of my fathers legally wedded wife my mother is 76 years old, and I have a married sister and I am alos married and have two children, Please tell me how this illegimate son of my father may register pcr what rights he is having on me,

This is a Civil dispute and police does not have a jurisdiction in the matter. You need to file a Civil Suit or Petition for Succession Certificate.
