Legal Question in Family Law in India

He seems to be impotent since right from the day of their marriage he did not even touched her, now for almost 1-1/2 years, and is very eagerly asking for divorce under mutual consent, which is what my sis-in-law also now wants. Is there any way of getting the money we spent on her marriage back from him by signing mutual consnt 13B, other than by complaining he is impotent/not interested in marital life and spend more money on proving his incapacity?

it is advisable to go for divorce by mutual consent and as far as alimony and return of stridhan is concerned, it has to be settled before filing the divorce petition and an agreement has to be entered between the parties.
