in India: Can 498a,DVC&Maintenance;cases transferred from wife's place to Husband's place as it is 600km far away &threat to life?
if yes please advice me few lines and reference judgements,thank you.

Yes it can but you need to give a petition in court and request the court if court is convienced then otherwise case can not be transfered...
