Legal Question in Family Law in India

we are from India. First we applied for divorce mutually under some bad circumstances, and we applied for mutual divorce, but now after 6 month we dint want to get the divorce . however divorce procedure has not been completed as we didn't appear in front of court second time as they told us to appear after 6 month from application date. i want our marriage certificate back . is it possible to get that and if yes what is the procedure? please assist us ..........
