we are from India. First we applied for divorce mutually under some bad circumstances, and we applied for mutual divorce, but now after 6 month we don't want to get the divorce . however divorce procedure has not been completed as we didn't appear in front of court second time as they told us to appear after 6 month from application date. i want our marriage certificate back . is it possible to get that and if yes what is the procedure? please assist us ..........

Move an application to the concerned court informing the court your intentions of not taking divorce and asking the court to hand over the marriage certificates etc.
as you did not appear in the second motion, the petition must have got dismissed by default. ask your lawyer to get the marriage certificate for you.
