in india if a couple is married under special marriage act & separated for 5 yrs & want to go for mutual consent divorce is it possible? if not what is done for mutual consent under special marriage act

the provisions under special marriage act for divorce by mutual consent are almost the same as other laws except there is a cooling period of one year. you may go for divorce by mutual consent.
