Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am in India and my marriage took place on 29 aug 2007 in India after which I went to USA .I returned to India on July 9 2008 unable to bear his harassment. In Jan 2009 I represented to AP WOMENS COMMISSION regarding his harassement in USA.No enquirry or counselling was conducted. But my father -in -law Influenced the Secretary and managed to get a Letter THAT BOTH PARTIES AGREED TO GO FOR A DIVORCE. Now with this LETTER and with also the pretext that both parties are living seperately since 2 yrs my husband an NRI filed a divorce petition on 31 Aug 2010 in Secunderabad family court by making his father a GPA holder. Please let me know the role of a GPA holder in a family court is he entitled to represent this case and to what extent and his limitations please give me some citations of a high/supreme courts. Also please let me know the validity of the letter issued by AP Womens Commission without the presence of the husband or the conducting of an enquirry.Mv husband also created a profile as a BACHELOR (UNMARRIED) in Bharath Matrimony .com now for a Marriage. Please let me know the action I should take now.

Thank you

Thank you.
