Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am in India my marriage took place 1st jan 2012(as per christian marriage) on the first night itself the husband revealed that he is not intersted in this marriage and it was done with out his consent and he behaved rudely and indifferently.now he filed a divorce petition against me.what step i will do in this situation.pls let me know, what are the possible ways and procedure.give me an advise.
