Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am from India, (mumbai) I have been maried for the past 16 years, my husband just left about 12 years ago without any explanations, he worked for a cruise liner, all attempts to contact him or just to speak to him all these years went unanswered by him, also being a catholic and my family having strong spiritual valus, i was just wating for him to cme back, I am in contact with his family,all these years I feel they are in touch with him but they do not disclose anything, they do come to my house for my daughters birthdays ..I live with my parents I have 2 daughters now 14 and 13, I have been managing all these years supporting them and myself through the job I have . Now i have come to know that he is in India and is in Goa, all I want is a mutual agreement with him whereby he can give financial support for my daughters . I am very tensed, please tell me what should i do, cause he is in india right now, and if he leaves again, I may never hear from him again,is there any way I can make a complaint in goa to withld him leaving goa ? please advise urgently there is no time

Yes you may make complain in goa
I agree. You may make a complaint and may also initiate civil and criminal proceedings for child support.
