Legal Question in Family Law in India
In india,I am married to this guy for 5 months and we used to live in a rented house together in ghaziabad, but i m not on the agreement, we bought some furniture, tv etc with money we gave in marriage , soon he started to ask for more money for launching a new company and beating me and now he thrown me out of house and tortured me and went to US for 3 months .what should i do ?i came to know about his other suspicious parts now . How can i get the justice ?

you need to be sure of what you want out of this marriage. you want to work upon the marriage and make it happen or want divorce. you have remedies under law viz. domestic violence act, dowry laws etc but for that you need to be mentally prepared.
You may register a criminal case against him in the local courts under I.P,.C. and D.V.A.
