I am in India.I would like to know the following things.
About my situation: My husband wants divorce and we dont have kids.My relatives want to claim as much money from my husband side since they are wealthy.
Our ground is that we are separated for more than a year. So,under this situation,
1.Is contested divorce best or Mutual consent divorce best ?
2.How long it would take if we apply through mutual consent?
3.If we apply through mutual consent,is it possible to claim lots of money than through contested divorce.?
4.Who will be benefited if we go for contested divorce ?
5.Is there any limit to claim compensation through mutual consent ?
Your help would be appreciated.

mutual consent is the best...it takes 6 months for the same. once the money is decided, only then mutual divorce is filed. contested divorce may take long but it may bestow rights to you in case they denied by husband. the compensation depends upon the income.
