Legal Question in Family Law in India

I just wish to know that if an Indian born but a citizen of foreign country is convicted for his criminal activities at foreign courts-does those records of his criminal convictions/probation order are valued by Indian family courts as a proof to prove that he had a criminal background and can these records be served as material facts to Indian courts and can that be a ground for annulment of marriage.

even though the records of foreign conviction may be considered for some other purpose, but they cannot be a ground for annulment of a marriage.
