i am indian lady my age is 31 years i am widow i want to marry with my lover who is married but he is not living with his wife from last 2.5 years and lunched the case before 5 month for divorce now my question is that can i marry with him or not

No hindu with living spouse can marry. Once he has divorced and has the court decree of divorce then alone you may lawfully marry him
