Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am an indian got married to a russian according to hindu marriage act in india and for some reasons we found that we can not live together so we filed for a divorce by mutual consent after 2 years of marriage and one year of living separately. court gave 6 to 18 months time to reconcile etc. and she sent an affidavit from russia stating that she has no intentions to reconcile. This document when produced in indian court, was not accepted and i was asked to get her notarised and legalized by the indian high commission in russia. now she is out of reach and changed her contact number and doesnt respond to emails. what can i do to get a divorce ? will i ever get a divorce ??

File a contesting Divorce by taking one of the grounds mentioned in the act and i am sure you would get Exparte divorce against her.

in case the court below dismiss your petition, you may approach the higher court. if nothing works out, file divorce on fault grounds and seek exparte order
