Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am an Indian national and passport holder. 2 years back I got married to a boy from Pakistan according to muslim law. My nikah nama is pakistani since it was solemnized in pakistan. Now I want to apply for Saudi visa from my home country to join my husband who works there. My question is would my nikah nama create some trouble in this respect or I would easily get a marriage certificate and other documents.
Kindly let me know about this if anyone has any information.

Hi,
It all depends upon the Saudi Embassy. But I guess as you are a Indian national and may be residing in India after marriage, they will consider that you are domiciled in India.
