me and my sister is part of hindu undivided family, both are married & our reletion was very cordial but few months before she file a suit in our anstral family property as she is demandind 50% share in our share i.e. 20% in 100%. as now she is demanding 10% out of 100% as per new amendment in hindu succession act 2005, as me as an elder brother & she is younger, also my father was died in 1978 after my sister marriage in 1966, also then my mother was died in 1992; also she gave me an affidavit duly notarised as she is not intrested in property, we all members of property executed an registered agreement with a developer for the development and as our plot is very small (220 M2) with all family members. now she filed a suit in high court without knowing me, and i am ready to give her a share as per law, so please guide me about the share which i suppose to give her as per new ammendment in hindu succession law 2005.

You can file an affidavit in the court that you are willing to part with her share as per law; and the court will determine the share for both of you.
