hello i am an indian wife who is living with 2.5 years old son, husband living seperately. i hav appled HMA9. in restitution of conjugal rights, hma 9, can i ask for seperate accomodation for me and my little son?

U can file application under domestic violence act and can claim separate accommodation and monetary relief

under RCR you may not be able to enforce a separate accommodation but you can file a complaint under DV Act for the appropriate relief.
