Ineed anticipatory bail to file divorce case or without taking the bail i can file divorce.FIR register in amritsar police station in the month of june2010.FIR still in police station.my inlaws harras me by saying that if you say any thing to their they put me in jail.since form the marriage iam facing problem & my family.always i behave like innocent because i dont want to break my marriage but i think now its enough to go for divorce evn i have one daughtr 7 years old.they have taken me around 2 to three time to police station just to scared me & my family.pls suggest what to do in this matter.iam the only son of my parents & living on rent seprately.having two sis both unm arried.iam in dsepression pls help me.again should i go for patch aftr been so much harras by my wife & inlaws.evn my sexual life is very bad.i hope u understand.pls suggest wat to do?divorce or just tolerate wat evr is going on.?On wat ground i can file divorce case?

At the outset apply for anticipatory bail before the P& H High court or the Court of session at Amritsar. Then we would take it further from there...
Filing of divorce case has no relationship with bail. If you are facing threat of arrest, you may apply for anticipatory bail.
You should make an effort for reaching an out of court amicable settlement of the entire dispute including child custody.
