with the influence of asst commisioner and si can the 498a case can be closed without the knowedge of my wife or they can settle the matter in the station with false statement to the high court and local court with out arrest and im not yet arrrested

498a case can be closed only be the HIgh court and not even by the lower court. The police may only file the closure report u/s 173 but that too the magistrate will send notice to wife for her confirmation.
