Legal Question in Family Law in India

Please inform that my father has made a notary attested affidavit of bedakhal on ground that my son is not having good relation and abuses me in year 1991 but I had no information . Later in year 2000 he makes a gift dead of a property in the name of the same son who has been evicted through bedakhali. Now he is again using the affidavit in a disputed property case and when he produced the copy of the affidavit of bedakhalli along with the written statement in year 2006 in the property dispute case. Now during the time of his eveidence he has exibited the photocopy of the so produced bedakhali affidavit by producing the original affidavit. Now I want to challange the bedakhali affidavit . What is the time limitation and from when should we consider the time limit to file a suit. It is weather from the date of written statement along which he produced the photocopy of that affidavit or from the date when it has been enclosed as exibit in the running property suit case.

If you don't have sufficient legal knowledge than hire a good local lawyer as you have confused yourself in stating facts.
