Can a grand child I in this case us 02 brothers 30 and 35) move to court for a share in ancestral property.

my father has transfered part of his share of ancestral property and got the registry done in his second wife name .Since the proprty is ancestral the rights of second wife is null since this was his second marriage and my mother (first wife is neither seperated or divorced)

CAN I MOVE to court ??

he can give his earnings to his second wife and son . but not the inheritence .PL ADV?

if he has already given the property and that is not very huge property then i may not suggest you to go for it.

my advice may vary when i may hear more details.

transfer of ancestral property by your father in the name of his second (not legally married) wife is void; you may file a suit challenging this transfer.
