my inlaws attack me while i am returning from women cell after mutual settlement sitting which is in mp state . what can i do protect myself can i complaint to police. for my protection.as iam from up.

in case your in laws attacked you, you may simply move an anticipatory bail in MP seeking directions of the court that in the event of f.i.r. you are given due notice by the IO. after that direction, when the f.i.r is lodged, a notice would be sent to you and you can again move the court for bail. this way you can avert any unforeseen incident.
