Now i have no intention to stay with her any more in future. I am always in fear in my new job location that she may approach and odd situation for me." My children also claiming right on me apart from asking anything thru love nd effection. She is doing Real estate agent in our Area and earning good money every month, still she is demanding house maintenance from me. recently I joined my new job and still got my first salary. She says "Its duty of the husband to feed the family". already I am giving her Rs. 5000/- thru rent what i will get from my house in Hyderabad where we are staying. She always threating me with showing rights of Women and provoking me when I was in Hyderabad for 2 months to give some evidence on her body or thru oral abusing infront of children.
If at all I will apply for Divorce, How much time i need to get justice? I dont think she may accept for mutual consent. She told me she is not ready to leave me at any condition.

You have no choice but to file for contesting Divorce . It should not take much time but i feel that you would get justice and relief of your day to day problems in around two years time.
